Il 19 marzo 2018, la Commissione Europea ha pubblicato un documento intitolato "Draft Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community highlighting the progress made (coloured version) in the negotiation round with the UK of 16-19 March 2018", che evidenzia gli ultimi progressi compiuti verso la stesura dell’accordo definitivo per regolare l’uscita dal Regno Unito dall’UE.
